CIUDAD DE CUENCA
EL I. CONCEJO CANTONAL DE CUENCA,
En uso de las atribuciones que le confiere la ley,
EXPIDE:
La siguiente ORDENANZA QUE REFORMA AL ART. 24 DE LA ORDENANZA DE CONSTITUCION
DE LA EMPRESA MUNICIPAL DE SERVICIOS DE CEMENTERIOS, SALAS DE VELACIONES Y
EXEQUIAS DE LA CIUDAD DE CUENCA
Agréguese al final del Art. 24 del Capítulo VII, Disposiciones Generales, luego
de la palabra estos “ ; o, en su defecto, a criterio del I. Concejo, a entregar
acciones preferidas o participaciones, sin costo para la Municipalidad, en
montos que no sean inferiores al 15% del capital permanente de dichas empresas
o instituciones privadas ”.
